If this isn’t the scam of the century…
Where do you start? The story refers to Kenneth Copeland being given $2.1 Million for his birthday, out of a fundraising effort started by several other prosperity gospel churches…
If nothing else, it is a brilliant marketing scheme… If you, yes YOU, give faithfully like Kenneth Copeland, you too will recieve a check for $2.1 million down the road…
and people mock car salesmen…

are you kidding me?? man alive…first off, this is RI-diculous. 2 million dollars? i think i just gasped so hard i am choking. lets not even talk about how that money could actually be used for something other than a “happy birthday” card.
this is the best part, “Caldwell assured worshippers that if they give tithes, offerings, pledges and vows to his church, they’ll be making a wise economic investment.”
wow. not sure what is more disturbing. the “to his church” part…or the “wise economic investment” part.
I’ve seriously been sitting here for a few minutes trying to put into words the feeling I have after reading that article…
I can’t think of anything other than completely vulgar and (in)appropriate words. So, I just won’t say anything.
I don’t know that they would be all that inappropriate…
