For the record…

It is the end of the month, I have delivered nine vehicles this month… I REALLY need to get at least one more out.

Any takers?

    I Have my quota already, but if you really want to succeed in sales you need to take your quote as your personal minimum and your personal goal as your real measure for success. My quota per month is 12, my personal goal is 25. Everybody thought by the beginning of the month I am crazy. Since I went to Mexico for a week in February, I came back, all relaxed and rested and hit the road running. Plus I had good planning done. I think one of the secrets of sales success is your personal well being and your positive attitude. It will transpire to your customer and will make them want to deal with you. If you are convinced that what you are doing is right, your customer will think the same. If you doubt yourself, your recommendations to the customers will lack credibility.
    And one last thing. I really can respect your believes and your faith in the Lord, but god will not sell you a car. So stop praying during work and start working your prospects ( tounge in cheek).

    I got my ten… I am happy about that. Our quota is eight, and our backend money starts at ten. I will be happy when I start getting fifteen out a month… which is tough with the beating that Ford has been taking.

    It says a great deal about your quota being 12 when ours is eight… we are consistantly top five in the region, and still have a low quota that sometimes people struggle to meet…

    Concerning the difference in quota, -we cannot compare our region with yours. Our area has millions of more people that yours. Chicago is a big market. Therefore our quote should be higher. Agreed?
