Ok, I just need to say this.
The new chai recipe that Caribou is using sucks. I don’t mean it sucks a little bit, it full on sucks.
Imagine hot water with a little froth on top of it. If that is what I wanted, I would have gone to starbucks.

I quit going to those rip-off coffee places all together. Charging 5 bucks for a cup of coffee is not reasonable if you have to stand in line to get it served in an ugly paper cup. Not only is it just stupid coffee, also you are forced to produce a bunch of garbage which flies around for weeks in the neighborhood, and the USA is not able to introduce a reasonable recycling program. Why can’t they give me me coffee like in Europe. I sit down,in a place where there are seats for everyone, get it served in a nice porcelain cup, accompanied with nice fresh cream and a nice small cookie. I enjoy the coffee then in a pleasant coffee house, nice music or in an outdoor street coffee where I can people-watch until I have to get back to work?
man, motorist. That sounds GREAT!. Wish we had that here!
Only problem for me now is that the cost of the trip to Europe ends up making that $5 coffee at Starbucks a lot cheaper
oh well. maybe some day.
