After spending more than a decade serving in the local church as a Youth Pastor, Executive Pastor, and Church Planter, I now come alongside local churches and free them up to do what they are passionate about by taking accounting off their plate.

Theresa and I currently reside in Baltimore, where we subsist on a steady diet of crab meat, pit beef, and Berger Cookies. On any given fall Sunday I can be found yelling at the Redskins, and in the winter I am cheering on the Capitals.

This site is a collection of my thoughts on life, ministry, leadership, Baltimore, and everything in between.
